'Marvel Rivals' Season 8.5 Revealed, Coming June 12, 2026

The team behind "Marvel Rivals" has released the official character trailer for Scott Summers aka Cyclops, who will be joining the roster beginning June 12, 2026.
Cyclops will join the Duelist class inside the game. The character trailer showcases all of Scott's abilities inside the game, including a devastating chain-reaction optic blast, along with an over-the-top Ultimate Ability that will for sure do damage on the battlefield.
In addition, the "Marvel Rivals" development team has revealed other exciting elements of Season 8.5, including Cyclops and Wolverine being in a new team-up move, a new 18 vs. 18 game mode Bounty Annihilation and accompanying map K'un-Lun: Shenloong Arena, a new Hellfire Bay Beach social hub, and more.
The development team also announced that Phases 2 and 3 of the "Path to Avengers Doomsday" in-game event will be delayed until late July 2026 and mid-October 2026, respectively.
