'Kingdom Hearts Collection I-II,' 'Kingdom Hearts IV' Announced For Nintendo Switch 2

During the June 9, 2026 Nintendo Direct, Square Enix revealed that "Kingdom Hearts Collection I-III" and "Kingdom Hearts IV" will soon be making their way to the Nintendo Switch 2 system.
Regarding "Kingdom Hearts Collection I-III," the collection includes:
Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5+2.5 ReMIX
Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue
Kingdom Hearts III + Re Mind (DLC)
"Kingdom Hearts Collection I-III" will release on Nintendo Switch 2 October 8, 2026. The collection will also release on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on the same date. In addition, at the time of writing, a free demo for Kingdom Hearts III + Re Mind (DLC) is now out on Nintendo Switch 2.
Regarding "Kingdom Hearts IV," a new teaser was released, showing tiny new snippets of gameplay elements and cinematic cutscenes. Although no release date or release window was provided, Square Enix confirmed that the game will release on Nintendo Switch 2 at launch, in addition to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
More details regarding "Kingdom Hearts Collection I-III" and "Kingdom Hearts IV" are expected in the coming weeks and months, as both games inch closer and closer to release.
